Royal International English is the largest and most recognized language training organization of Xi’an in China. We operate a successful school located in the center of Hi-tech Zone in Xi’an. Royal currently has more than 8 foreign teachers from the UK, America. We have a very supportive Chinese staff and many of our teachers have remained at the school for multiple contracts.
Royal International English advocates creating a good English atmosphere for English learning, in an all-round and systematic way, so that trainees can improve their English in an integrated and specific language context. After a serious and concentrated period of learning, our trainees can reach a productive skill both in speaking, listening and writing.
It usually takes several years, even tens of years, for learners to master English by using the traditional learning methods. Royal International English based on previous experience of nearly one hundred countries, created Royal Study Method. We simulate the language context of English speaking countries, use highly professional teaching software, and combine a number of complimentary English activities.
By studying at our language center, our trainees can feel and experience the joy and confidence of improved English speaking, as they achieve greater and greater English competence during their time with us
As a professional English training center, we use a relaxed and active English content, special professional teaching concepts, strict and careful teaching management, senior foreign teachers, and a self-learning style of complimentary English activities.
Through the applied use of these methods, our trainees can fully enjoy the fun of learning English.
Qualifications:
Teacher Candidates must be native speakers have recognized teaching English as a foreign language certification and/or a University Degree. EFL classroom experience is also desirable, but not essential. In some cases, extensive relevant TEFL experience can be considered in lieu of formal TEFL qualifications

Term of contract: 12 months
1. Working Day: 5 days per work
2. Salary: Starting salary: 6000RMB
Going up to 7000RMB at six months
The salary for more experienced teachers is negotiable.
3. Bonus: When you complete a 12 month contract, you will receive 10000RMB bonus..
5. Accommodation: Help find a full accommodation for teachers. But teachers need to pay the rent fee and deposit.
6. Holiday: 12 days public holiday.
